Organisations are deploying new technologies and process. Some of them required external training to deploy, manage and maintain the platform. Considering organisation deploying an ERP, CRM, End Point Security, ITIL, PMO, ISO etc. While providing the training to employees, some companies ask employees to sign a bond / contract. The training is part of a change or new technology deployment. Is it a right approach to collect bond from employees. Here the training demand / requirement from organisation. What’s the ideal mechanism to handle this?
